Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders processed here typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. If you are in the EU, delivery can take 5-7 working days, while for the rest of the world, it may take 7-10 working days. You will receive your delivery details in your confirmation email.

We have the capability to temporarily remove items for a brief period of time after the order has been placed but before it has been dispatched.
In the event that your order has not been shipped, you can still cancel it.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached.
If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
All orders to the EU will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) and so orders shipped outside of the UK will be subject to custom taxes and/or duties.
This means the customer is responsible for paying, or claiming back, any Import VAT and Import Duty due on receipt of their goods.
