For your convenience, you can pay as a ‘guest’ and use major cards, or pay via PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If you do decide to register, you’ll be able to see a history of previous orders on your account dashboard.
After successfully placing your order you’ll get a confirmation on your screen. We will send you an email, within a couple of minutes, with the order confirmation and details.
You will also get an email once your order is dispatched.
If you don’t get the email on your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.
In case you don’t get any confirmation write us at hello@beeboon.co.uk mentioning your order ID.
No. We only deliver our products to UK mainland.
You can return your item(s) for free via Royal Mail, using the form sent with your parcel. If you no longer have it, you can print a new one here.
You can also return via Collect Plus service.
We do not offer exchanges, just return your goods and order the ones you wish instead.

Normally takes around 14 days. If for some reason takes longer, we will contact you via email.
beeboon is the only company authorized to issue and distribute coupons code. When we run a promotional campaign, we will normally send out coupons via email. If you don’t want to miss out, make sure you subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email below.
Any coupons issues by other companies will not be valid.
We are not held responsible for coupons you found online not working.
